Wondering if anyone has any solutions to lower the visibility of the 3/4 bump on the 5600?

You can try removing the transfer roller. I forget the exact name of the roller. But it's the one in between the airknife and last BID. Rough surface on the roller. Like a fine sandpaper feel. I have had the one out of our machine since it was new. The sheet hits that roller during transfer. Also old Ozone filters can cause a streak at the 3/4 sheet position. I've had that happen as well. It's the HP bump!! If there's one dominant color you see the streak in you can try changing the color rotation. And see if that hides it a bit. Long grain text weight and short grain cover for paper helps too.

    The name is exit roller.
Also you can try to decrease second transfer pressure via changing paper thickness or in the blànket MMI screen. May be PIP and IMP brakes not working properly. All procedure you can see below.
