4 Colour printing machine

Hey! ,I'm From india, I need to buy a good 4 colour printing machine to print on paper sheets 36" x 19". So guys suggest which machine should i buy.(it should be an economical one).

Please provedi me with the cost of machine as well.

Sir Economical in both. I'll be taking 500000 prints per month. Basically I'll be printing on Non Woven Fabric.

A 4 color Roland Rekord / Parva would be a cheaper solution, Or even a Miller.
