Seriously? I just heard a familiar story on the drive home along the line of ""paper mill in my state" has just been awarded some money to improve it's facility. "This will allow us to transition to the more profitable corrugated paper desired in these times and reduce our footprint in the fine paper market" -Paper Mill CEO".
Prices will go up, supply and grades will continue to decline.

According to a technical analysis that I did, the prices will explode.
the price has been maintained since February 2022 and on the chart there is very high resistance.
if you have to store paper, it's a good time to buy by the end of the year
