1st unit damping motor run on full speed

I have some problem in my heidelberg sm 74 cp tronic 1st unit damping motor run on full speed i was chang this on to any other unit but the motor have same fault on any unit

 

Hi Sir:
if you test in the others unit, is indicating the motor is in Winding short circuit.
Repair or Replace.

 

Ok please will you tell me that is this DC motor? Or AC

Normally they are DC motor , some times depend of the year has brush or NOT.
