We get a powder build-up in the hose and the suction piston on the side of the feeder. This powder is sucked off the second side of a job on the backup. I know using less powder will help but we still have to clean the hose and piston every few days when the press starts to misfeed. I'll replace the housing that the poston is in if that is the problem but, I'd like to make sure that that will stop the powder build-up. Otherwise it's a great press.
    Thanks
    Phil

    Hello Phil,
Where can you buy spare parts for your Roland? I have the exact same machine.
