I own a Polar 115 PF paper cutting machine. The problem is when I turn it on, it shows a white screen and making a nonstop beeping noise. I don't know what is happening because I can't find the error code for this issue. Would really appreciate any help to resolve this issue. *Uploaded a picture

Hi Guys, So my cutter is having a problem with its monitor. The bottom of the screen it blacked out. You cant see what you are typing in. attached is a picture. Any ideas on how to fix or how much something like this would cost to get fixed. thanks so much.
