monitor repair

Hi Guys, So my cutter is having a problem with its monitor. The bottom of the screen it blacked out. You cant see what you are typing in. attached is a picture. Any ideas on how to fix or how much something like this would cost to get fixed. thanks so much.

I have a 30" Dell Flatscreen 3007WFP-HC that just went black while I was working - no picture. I connected it to a computer with an EVGA GeForce video card and one with an ATI video card that also worked fine with this monitor before, and the same thing so it's the monitor. Now if I power on...
