ink problems

My machine man use ink reducer in winter but I see matt effect and not good finish at all please help that what should we do in winter as per ink is concern and we are using heidelberg

I have a problem with yellow and cyan ink building up on blankets, transfering to impression cylinders and then dripping on sheets. using hostman- steinberg inks, prisco ctp fountain solution mixed with r.o. water, on a 2006 105 XL. any help would be appreciated.

While running CMYK on some of my machines mostly the Harris 1 color and SORKZ 2 color on Kromekote. Areas with all colors CMYK mix, once dry I am finding Flaking on the black and sometimes other colors also. Any Suggestions???:P
