2005 KBA 105. We are making multiple passes on sheets. When running our second pass we realized that sheets are coming into the infeed at a very slight angle which is making the images not line up. Where would I start trouble shooting?

I'm running a 700, 8c perfector, yr 2000, and the feeder pulls in the sheet it trips on. As a matter of fact it will pull in any sheet placed by the infeed when running/ideling. The cover-plates (hooks) continue to go up and down, even with feeder shut off. Can anyone tell me why, or which parts...
