KBA 105 universal. Sheet bouncing?

2005 KBA 105. We are making multiple passes on sheets. When running our second pass we realized that sheets are coming into the infeed at a very slight angle which is making the images not line up. Where would I start trouble shooting?

Too late detecting infeed or side guide bouncing on 2nd pass.
Need to monitor on 1st pass with edge bleeding infeed and side guide marks on the plate.
Every time operator pulls a sheet for QC inspection, they check both infeed and side guide for any bouncing.
Brush wheels on feeder table tapes should never stop turning, even when sheet is motionless/still at head/front stops/guides.
