Does anyone know how to reset the Micro Switch 18 error on an Ideal 5260? Our blade is stuck in the down position and the screen shows the error when we press the reset error on screen nothing happens.

hi everyone, i have problem with my ideal 5260 paper cutter. in process of cutting both clamp and blade stuck in down position. fuses seems to be ok, overload switches (blade drive/clamp drive/backgauge drive) stick out some 4~5mm so i'm not sure if it's ok (when pressed they return to same...
