Hi guys, i have like 100K sheets to print, and after every file that is about 334 sheets that are sent to the stacker, the igen just pauses, and then starts again like 2 mins later. i need every minute i can get, so why the f does it pause all the time. Hi Guys, Any ideas on how to increase the fuser web speed on a 150? There are lots of NVMs for the fuser web and i don't want to screw anything up. Just a temporary measure for 5-6k sheets or so. also any do's or don'ts when messing with the speed? Thanks, Charlie

i did the contact arcs (fuser and pressure roll) to start with, one of the first things i did when i changed the fuser early on in the process. between fuser and the two ext heat rolls i'm not sure is the answer, but i think that was one of the things they check earlier, as they double checked...

Thanks Mark, support on phone said the same thing, so decreased to 4.7 then changed charge station, wire mod and scorotrons. the only reason I increased it was I had a tech note from about a year and a half ago saved on the desktop that said to increase it. So no wonder it didn't make it any...

Hi Guys, (igen 150 matte, Fiery, running 170gsm silk 364x600mm) I have a high area coverage of cyan on one side of the sheet and the white out text is starting to fill in. tried changing the NVM TC target for Cyan, 18013 (Default 5.2) which I have set to 6.7. But not really helping that much...

No particular stock. Just everything is 1-2mm skewed on Xxl sheets. Even after an Iop it might be 1/2mm out for a couple of days then goes back to 1-2 mm.

Let me guess, if i had a 5 i would be able to adjust the skew!

Hi Guys, emergency situation, stacker isnt working, so i want to enable the stacker bypass (which we dont have). so i know i can just take the end cover off and print to the bypass output tray that we don't have. My question is how do i enable it in PSP diagnostics?? Thanks,
