Hi Guys, Any ideas on how to increase the fuser web speed on a 150?

There are lots of NVMs for the fuser web and i don't want to screw anything up. Just a temporary measure for 5-6k sheets or so. also any do's or don'ts when messing with the speed?

    Thanks,

    Charlie

    Hey,

I believe that the proper HFSI to change for this is 23530.

It won't screw anything up, I had to change the speed because when running uncoated stock it doesn't pick up as much as it should and then it gets all kinds of gunk on the external rolls which then drop onto the fuser causing even more issues.

You can leave it running faster, the only thing would be that you will go through them more quickly, but it shouldn't cause any trouble.
