    Good afternoon The Xerox DC 242 can't handle the 350gsm check the print preference for the max thickness. I use the Xerox 550 and it handles up to 300 gsm and curls a lot.

    Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum and could use some help. I have a Xerox 550 and I’m getting cyan streaks across my print sheets and color gaps with yellow and magenta. I tried cleaning ROS from the outside. Thanks for any help.
