We have a Heidelberg folder and where the 2 sheet detector is you put two thicknesses of paper. The machine will then automatically adjust the folder rollers. The rollers no longer open to the correct settings. Does anyone know how to calibrate this mechanism.

We have a 6 color with a Drystar 2000 ir dryer. We replaced the ir bulbs but we just got an error 2011. This is maintenance, ir max running time reached. I believe I just need to reset or acknowledge the error. If anyone knows how to do this it would be much appreciated. Richard
