It's been a while since I looked at ricoh printers -- do they have a model that can compete with a xerox docucolor 252. Looking at 25,000 11x17 prints per month, and need ability to print nice gloss. Is there a Ricoh I should look at as well?
Is there a service mode on docucolor 240/250/242/252 printers that can be entered by the keypad on the machine itself?
Or do you absolutely need a PWS to perform any maintenance/adjustment/diagnostic functions on the docucolor 240 / 250 / 242 / 252?
