    yes they are good !! been using pronto and v wash for years but switched to Miracle Blue Safe and Easy for roller wash....LESS SMELL and I use very little to wash up with...hit the rollers full strenght with just a squirt then I use straight hot water

    Some days , all of a sudden I can not get the job to the stacker , or assign stock to tray ,or sometimes within a multi page job the image is rotated or not registered on the sheet correctly..:P Time for new software :rolleyes:

    13x19 80lb dull text :P:P:P:P:P:P the stock is like a rubber band lol ...and can not get the image to print straight ....the job runs perfect and backs up straight on any other stock..IOP does nothing..as it is paper stretch and not image :P:P:P:P:P:P any tips? any settings I can change...

    ..every day for a month .. first step.. new wire and holder ..and a full re-boot gets us going. Not today.. we got our wire fault, rebooted and now getting several other random faults .. time converge, late paper,and they are not going away with a re-boot.. tech has been in 3 times for this...

    ..Looks like a roller issue to me??? pull out the blanket wash device and pull out the 3rd form roller ( un-screw the allen bolt and drop the roller down..can be a pita if your press is filthy!! .. Try running a problem job and see if mark goes away

    Need to see the lines..but it sounds like a form roller is going south...my guess . the one that swings down/.the one up above the wash up unit...thinking blue one ...
