After long time i found that the new fan would spin at full speed when pos and neg 24v are supplied and pwm signal is absent. This fan's speed is full when pwm value is 0 and stops when pwm is 255. Wonder if the older fans would spin at full speed when pwm = 255. Anyone can clearify?

checked the new fan in another connection at center tail side. It spins with reverse speed setting as before. old fan doesnt spin when connected to the connection where new fan was connected. Also new fan spins when +ve and -ve are connected whereas old fan doesnt spin. Does this means old fans...

23.6 volts across + and - terminals. Please note the new fan is not spinning reverse direction but speed is reversed. means when it should be high it's slow speed and when it should be slow its speed is High. Also Initialization error is shown in console screen.

Can you run the machine from feeder start button or unit productin button. Most probably hdd or software issue.

New problem. Initialization error shown in console computer and none of the fans spin.

Connected the fan but the result was abnormal. then new fan speed is reversed. when speed is set to high new fan slows but others are high. when speed is set to low new fan speed is high and other slows down. What can be the problem?. Machine is 2008 model. Fan model is Vario-Pro 4114N/37HPR

Hi Roland 201 single color machine is not running, no inching. No fault lights. All other functions are ok. Compressors, pile up down, damping all working but machine not running. Contactor are also not engaging. Any Ideas?.

cmos battery is at left side of cpu, hidden by cover. you need to take out cpu and unscrew 1 screw and pull out battery. battery is normal computer battery.
