OK ive cleaned all sensors, thinking its maybe related to a sensor delay. it LOOOOKS like the 2nd prefuser vacuum transport isnt letting go, and subsequently driving the sheet under force into the fuser. causing it to buckle UP, at the back of the sheet and hit the bottom of the metering tray...
