We have been fighting this for a long time on one of our igen3s, as i remember it was a vmag value or something vtac, cant remember the name, but it has something to do with the voltage on the donor rolls on magenta developer housing.

Yeah i got it fixed without a reload. The tech could run a automatic setup i think it has something to do with the LUT Mark mentioned. It adjust some table for either coated, uncoated or both stocks.

Yeah, but it also happened on the internal pages printed from diagnostics. Some table on the PCUI containing TRC for all uncoated stocks was way off.

It happened on stocks i just created today, and on stocks i created months ago. Only similarity is that they are all uncoated. Any changes on fiery, calibration, icc etc have no effect.

Could look like the paper is not slipping off the belt as it should, are you running a heavy stock? like 300+gsm

Just found this old thread, we still fight this problem everyday with multiart silk which is our primary stock. Cant be fuser since it also happens on simplex, Nobody having similar issues??

Hmm does the print queue you print from has a image shift property with over 275 mm ??

My techs tells me its between the RIP and the printer, when i get the fault i only restart my freeflow, just restarting the software not the whole computer solves the problem fast. I never touch the PSIP when i get that fault..

just be glad you aint working with a CP800/1000 it takes 5 minutes to warm up every time it jams..

Im not having a particular issue, its just that we have a much more smooth print on uncoated stocks so i thought i might try changing transfer value. I tried different settings now, and it doesnt seems like there is much improvement..
