i bet you are printing on silk coated stock, it will leave that, no way to resolve, try another paper.

I have been changing PR belts on 6 different iGens in the last 10 years, never had a PR belt going so static it nearly cant be tanke off without cutting it after only 3.000 impressions.

We always do a good clean with the right cleaning solution(not the soapy one) The issue seems to have been the tourqeroller slipping and causing static buildup.

Hello. On our iGen150 press we have a lot of issues with static PR belts, they run about 4-5k impressions and then the PR Drive velocity error starts to pop up. Meaning we use alot of PR belts lately. Any advice?

clean the magenta laser glass, ive seen this a few times, only happens to magenta due to its placement over the fuser, maybe the fuserexhaust is not working probally

We had 2 canons like 8 years ago, I hope they got better ! Besides that we changed the most of our printing machines into 2 x HP indigo 12000, they are really impressive. 1 machine equals the volume of 3 iGens. Been working with iGens for 10 years :-)

job processing with auto center on VDP jobs failed for us aswell, i would recomend using imageshift to align pages instead.

front-to-back registration on xxl sheets is spot on, on all my presses. The iGen family has a great registration compared to other digital presses.

The DPI on the 150 is higher, meaning better quality and sharper black text. Reliability seems the same. I got both 150 and 4 in our shop, i would defenitly go for 150.

Hello! We have had the same issues. The solution is turning back to FuserFluid1, im guessing you are using FuserFluid2. The fuserrolls will be not be able to run the same number of prints, but you will be able to glue on the inside again.

if you rotate the paper 180degrees in the feeder, does the problem move to the other side of the sheet? Does it appear if you run, say 20, in toptray?

Hello. We are running some jobs on our Xerox700 which has about 5 mm bordercrop on A4 size, is it possible to reduce the machine bordercrop parameter so we will be able to print close to the sheet edge?

Maybe im a little late here. We have 2 Ricoh9110 in our shop, i would say the down time vs our Xerox color 1000 is 10-15 times higher on the ricoh printers. Let that be a warning.

Im really amazed with the iGen behaviour, they can run for a month without any breakdowns which causes the machine to be down until a new spare part has arrived. We invested in some equipment from Ricoh and honestly i think we have a breakdown every second day.

Looks quite similar to our problem when we run multiart silk paper, we have to change the pr every time
