I lubed it up really well when I installed it I don't think its getting oil so I'll have to keep an eye on the lubricant and make sure it stays. To be totally honest I think the issue happens during wash up when the rollers skid here and there.

Been having a reoccurring issue with my first head where it it's ovaling out the main oscillator drive. I've replaced the drive 3 times now and each one has gotten ovaled and then I get hardly any oscillating and have all kinds of issues of course.
Not really sure what's causing it...
524gx got an error code of E-919, set light doesn't come on for unit one when mounting the plate. Luckily I am still able to print but I'd like to get the use of my plate loader back!
Check your foot pawl, my pressman runs into this when he keeps trying to get the table to not rise as fast and ends up turning the pawl so far down it won't raise the table in either manual or auto mode.

Looks like conventional dampners, i hate em. If they are indeed conventional dampners your missing your clothe on the clothe roller so it will not carry the correct amount of water.
Realaqu is right, it's the rear bar that trips when you get a jam in the delivery table, sometimes they stick due to spray powder build up and you have to physically push it back down

Im suggesting the rough side of a sponge, nothing too abrasive as you don't want marks to start showing up on the bottom side of the envelope. They do make some tack sprays you could try but I wouldn't recommend that. I would start with the sponge thing and then maybe a stronger spring on my...
