You have a problem that is very common on Komori presses. Solution to it? No need to ask Komori, because it has never happened on any Komori.

The main difference is that post Drupa 90 you have the new blanket washers that actually clean the blankets automatically, the older ones din´t. The other difference is that the feed drum was changed to a swing gripper. The output is vastly larger on the later version.

Pile turners has been used since early eighties in my country, but if the printer doesnt care to produce straight clean pallets it´s useless.

If they still have the same construction as planeta, you can move the plate cylinders circumferentially by loosening screws just the way you moved platecylinders on older presses. Ask Rickard he can sure guide right.

Same problem On our ls 840 we had the same problem the pushbar came up too fast so we had to change the " speedcontrollers " - on two units. The plates were not correctly inserted into the clamp, on either side there was a few centimeters that was not in the clamp. wiseguy

Check that you don´t have a formroller oscillating, especially form 3 or 4. I experienced that problem with a form roller oscillating.

If you put liquid drier into the dampening it´s recommended to use it only in the last unit which means that you need separate water tanks. At least it was so when I used it, maybe 30 years ago. Now we use a H&S that dries in the press so we need to clean up every evening. But on the other hand...
