30 bin Collator, 3 head stitcher, folder & face trimmer. Works awesome, we lost the one account we really used this and purchased the machine for. We are really fairly small operation and can run everything we usually do on our 10 bin collator and stitcher unit.

I am just hoping someone out there may have a minute to bale me out of this huge bind i have found myself in. (PLEASE - PLEASE - PLEASE) I had to take apart the internal unit to replace one of the hoses and unclogg the internals... long story short i unplugged the most of the wiring...

I was wondering if anybody has changed the hydro. oil for there polar 66 cutter. The tech. said it was fairly easy to do if we wanted to do it ourselves and breifly described how to do it. This was over a year ago and i don't really remember all the steps.

We had a very similar issue with our polar cutter... but there were also other random flaws. The problem became worse and worse over time. We finally got a technician to come in and he eliminated all the possible problems narrowing it down to something in the mother board. The tech. did not work...

If this is going to be a hobbie and interest of yours to start out i would find and older single color press (they are a dime a dozen) to spend the money you are looking at it sounds like you can test the waters for awhile. I hate giving advice but take your time there is a hell of alot to learn...
