    you should be able to run it full speed with very few jams!! blast air at 6, suction at just under 4 with 0 -1side blast and the table just below the middle mark should be a good starting point. Also max out the sheet separator fingers. where are your forwarding wheels hitting the paper? Fold...

    not sure I am on the same page with you..which senser? The electronic eye on the feed is made to pop on and off for cleaning !!! It needs to sit flat and the spring clip holds it down ..if it is not in right or the spring clip is weak you will have problems as light gets in and triggers misfeeds
