I am having a problem with our quickmaster. Does anyone know the gripper degrees.

We have a Heidelberg folder and where the 2 sheet detector is you put two thicknesses of paper. The machine will then automatically adjust the folder rollers. The rollers no longer open to the correct settings. Does anyone know how to calibrate this mechanism.
