Its not solid problem. The problem is that C1 prints color bars (see the photo-cyan bar). I dont think that is toner problem but what do you mean with the toner are dead???

We printing maximum at 300gsm. Paper sizes we tested and is ok is 30.5x43 and 32x45. A4 cannot puss. You must be there when printing (3 papers in the bypass). One is printing the 2nd holds the paper size and properties and you put the third down of all. If you put more it jams.

Sorry about the off-topic. billy i have the DTP-20 for calibrating papers but C1 does not support it. So i must do it from the DTP-20 software. How can i disable all the color management of C1 to calibrate a paper?? :confused:
