thanks for your response as it got me looking more in depth at the linkage and I concluded that when the unit arrived someone must have turned the impression of the numbering unit, and this move the linkage that control the arm which pushed the hole out of place for the numbering activation...

I have a PM52 that is printing ok but when the Numbering unit is installed, we note that the numbering unit doesn't go into impression. note the photo that when we press in lever it doesn't go in even after pressing it aggressively. what could be causing this to happen? please advise.

Thanks for your direction, what I would like to know is users perspective using this model as many are suggesting Screen 4600 but we are not only ;looking at double the investment cost but we really like to know operators experiences to make us make the best long term decision.

We did some more test and noticed that the voltage to our pump is 0 even as we run SP 3050 which is force toner fill, What controls or send voltage to these pumps? we did check another color and that one get the 24Vdc during the SP 3050. Can anyone please help!
