What is the best/safest way to clean ink build up? There is a thick layer in front of the ink keys on all of the units.

We are looking for someone to come in to train on our 2005 Komori NL 528. We need training with the console, scanner etc. We are in Northwest Arkansas. 250 miles from Dallas and Kansas City.

Our Komori NL 528 has a option for a cocking roller listed for the B & D forms. What is this for and how does it work? How do we know if we currently have the cocking form rollers?

I am looking at buying a 2003 NL528 that has AMR and was wondering if someone could provide some specifics on what it does and how it works.

I am looking at purchasing a 528 and was wondering how common the double diameter cylinder's are. One press that I am looking at has them and I have not noticed that before on the others that I have looked at. Do they all have that or is it only on certain models? Better for running board I assume?

What type of coater is on a 1997-2003 Komori L28? Do they come with Anilox or do they normally come with a standard roll coater. I am looking to buy a press and some say anilox and some say roll coater. I am not sure what the difference is or which one is better.

Some Lithrone's have L528 and some NL528. What is the difference?

I am looking at purchasing a 1997 L528 that has the PQC. Is is possible to save the ink settings or do you have to have the KMS to do that? This press does not have that. If not is there a way to add it? Is it possible to add a scanner?

We have oil. Will check filter. Are there other filters besides the one at the pump that has the handle that you turn?

We have a Sprint that is having a issue and we don't know what the problem is. When the press is running the feeder shuts off, clears the sheets and the buzzer comes on. The only way to clear this is to shut the power off and turn back on. Also the overload on the oil pump contactor trips often...
