The fuse F6 from HCF electronic board has blown. It is a chip fuse on 24 volts DC.
You must replace this electronic board. Before check Lead Shutter Motor/HCF End Shutter Motor and cables for shortcircuit.
What paper size and weight, where is the lead edge, distance from LE to the fault.
From what I've seen it can be the BUR assy but cant be sure. I can provide you service manual.

For the moment your best friend is chapter 2 from service manual.
Read it all twice. Then search for word 'developer' in service manual and you'll find the procedure to change it and the part numbers. If you don't have the patience to do this, call a service tech before you damage the printer.
First check again if you pu it right the black developer assy and drum. Drum must have electrical link to machine ground otherwise you get faint prints/copies.
Print A3 paper with basic colours 50% yellow, magenta, cyan and black to see in what colour the lines appear.

Inspect all drums to for drum surface damage and/or drum runout and replace the defective one.

Check this: the bearing PL11.4 item 3 is unsticked and the shaft of cleaning brush PL11.4 item 10 is out.

Can be shorted out yellow toner cartridge motor. Found yellow toner cartridge was solidified and bound up the motor. When the motor shorts out it blows the F3 fuse on the paper handling pwb as well. when doing an ohm check the bad motor shows zero resistance. Good motors have some resistance.
