Have checked all that has been offered, and thank you each. However, I am still having the issue with gloss text. Silk is running just fine. Cleaned metal rollers, they had a significant amount of toner build up. Checked the metering and such. Did run 50 sheets by fooling the machine and raising the gsm to 200 in the media library. But the fuser web had a lot of toner it was cleaning off.

    Help!!!

Toner issue keeps coming back. Today could only run 300 sheets of silk, and now can run any. Same location on the fuser roller each time.

You have toner picking off the finished sheet? did you try to run in EIP mode? may not be good for you, since its so slow... but it got me out of a terrible paper stock once.

what do you have the finish called in the setting? rough...smooth...gloss?

Come to think of it, I just had this problem(it was one of many) , and turned out the external heat roller bearing was shot. so not putting enough pressure on the fuser, hence no fusing.
