Xerox 700 Scanner error 062-380

    Hey I have a DCP 700 and it just gave me the 062-380 code after I tried to copy a paper. I see from google that it has something to do with the scanner and I am wondering if it is anything I can try to troubleshoot to make it work or do I end up having a tech come out and replace the whole scanner?
