I am facing a problem on the roland 500 delivery which stopped the printing and limited the speed to less than 6000 sheets/hour.

    The error ID is 6014.
    Error Module: Delivery
Message: Chain Lubrication Fault Status 1
    Category: RED

(Note: There is a fault in the grease lubrication of the two transport chains for the delivery unit gripper system)

    Things I did:
    - Checked the oil level: its half full
    - Cleaned the level sensor
    - Removed and cleaned the bottle and the dosing unit (vacuum pump piston)
    - Bypassed the level sensor
    - Replaced the pneumatic valve P15 with a new one.

There is nothing more I can think of, does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do?

Check the inputs on the input board. Also outputs.
    In A350/8 1.1, 1.2. Out A350/12 3.1

Can you please advice on how to check the inputs and outputs? Images attached below for reference.

Connect the test module to the board.
    A350/8 1.1 means: Module A350, Slot 8, Byte 1, Bit 1
You didn't write a series of the machine and the addresses are examples.

I have checked your recommendations, thank you for that.

I found that all the outputs and inputs are working properly (after referring to the Solenoid valve and level control inputs and pump's output).

I managed to remove the error after a "Supervisor Access" using the dongle and reset the error from the oil and lubrication page.

Its not yet clear what was the cause of the problem but it appears to be a glitch.

I appreciate your assistance. Thank you

it's a normal procedure. you have to acknowledge the maintenance interval with the supervisor's key for a few on the machine otherwise the speed of the machine will reduced to 6000 sh/h only.

You mean that this error will keep showing on the screen?

Only if the machine has entered emergency mode. (Chain Lubrication)
    ......Central lubrication is another beer.

I mean whenever your greasing/lubrication interval is overdue you have to acknowledge that with the supervisor key.
