How do you put a slip ring commutator in a homemade simple DC motor?

    How do you put a slip ring commutator in a homemade simple DC motor?
    I'm making a DC motor with a rotating armature of copper wire, my own constructed electromagnets, DC batteries, and brushes, but apparently I also need a commutator. I have a vague idea of what these are, but have no idea how to put one in my motor, or where to find one or how to create one for that matter.

    This is a offset printing forum we don't build motors we put ink on paper, sorry we can't help you.
