Hi we have a komori L640 and the ductor is staying on even when we turn off on screen. We tried swapping solenoids and still not shutting off. Wondering if there is something on the console that would make it stay on. Any ideas?

Sounds like you need to adjust the duct latch. You will find it inside the operator side guard. Then remove the cover of the grey box where the oscillator joints are. On the top left hand side at the back, you will see a small panel. Remove that to show the latching mechanism. You should notice the spigot holding the bearing has a screw driver slot on the end. This spigot is eccentric and will need to be adjusted so that the bearing will fall all the way under the latching arm at its highest point. Undo the Allen key clamp to allow the adjustment.

What happens when you activate the intermittent setting?
