    Country?
What you mean by wash aparat? Wash up tray? Nothing should be dropped like that. It looks like a bit of broken cast iron.

    Hi sir .
I always correct this problem by applying loctite for steel and it works, after 24 hours I rectify using 180 abrasive paper and voila, it holds really well, tomorrow I will leave you with the reference for loctite.
    Good luck

As Adil already mentioned, I've worked on Commercial high quality Heatset Webs for years, 4 cylinders in a unit. Everytime we had a dented/smashed cylinder we always sanded the damaged area with a Dremel to get good adhesion and filled it with JB weld. Let the JB weld set and sanded the JB weld down to cylinder height with fine sand paper. This has worked flawlessly everytime. We had a rolltender drop a screwdriver and it went through a unit and smashed 2 blanket cylinders really bad. Filled it with JB weld sanded it back to true and it is running fine to this day.
