C3002 Prints from PC are washed out in black.

Good afternoon Gentlemen,

I have a Ricoh MP C3002 that recently had its SP settings cleared. After I put in all the door settings and got the test prints back to normal, it seems that any external prints from a PC are all washed out in black. This happens with all types of files. When I do a color calibration, it prints out clear. It seems to only happen when something is sent to the machine to print.

I believe this has something to do with the settings and not a parts issue as everything was fine prior to the SP settings being cleared.

Any suggestions?
