A 28 safety module will not start (KBA RAPIDA 75)

    Hei,I am facing a very Critical problem,
    Kba Rapida 75 Machine show a problem,
    A 28 safety module will not run, And machine alls safety cover is okey, but this message not gone.
    Also feeder not up down, machine is toally in HANG position.
    Pls help me regurding this issue
