yellow form roller

Hi everyone, CX104 press. my yellow form roller to plate is very heavy on the far side, like a 9mm stripe. Cant back it away because there is no more movement left. the setting to the distributer is a 5 mm all the way across. Does anybody know how to get it back to parallel, not sure how it got so skewed. I took out the roller and looked at the adjustments, nothing really looked to out of whack. either way I had no luck fixing it.

Agree, possibly spun bearing had had made journal box oblong, or maybe eccentric over center and on wrong side?

ok. ill check the journal for oblong. if it's the eccentric, how would you go about fixing that? if I take the roller out is there something I can look for. Thanks for the replies

CD/CX came out after I left Heidelberg, so I’m referencing older models when I say it’s possible that the eccentric may have been turned too far (over center) and on wrong side of journal box gearing.

the eccentric being turned to far is that something I can do myself. Ill check it out when I get a chance. Thank you
