Is the PR very static? like static electricity.. We had alot of 09-3014 because of the belt getting static, the ATA was faulty and got replaced, that did the job

We do not have a ATA. Not too sure about the static. My colors are not registering on top of each other either. We just had to re-install software a week ago so i do not know if anything is related to each other. I am wondering if a motor is starting to crap out?

HOLY STATIC BATMAN.. The damn belt didnt want to slide off. The static had that thing stuck on there. Good Call Neess! new belt going on and rollers being cleaned. Hopefully that will solve all.

It will run again, however something is causing the static and it will come back soon or later. If you keep resetting you might crap the motor, that happened for us. I would get a tech to take a look before its all broken :)

search brought up this thread. thanks guys....

I am now dealing with this, assuming had to do with new belt not aligning.... 09-3014, is it stating the PR belt is too slow?

    thanks!

Make sure you clean the 2 lower drive rolls for the PR belt. They can get slick after a while and not have enough grip on the belt to turn at proper speed
