    after all my power troubles, Im now getting communication with color unit issues.

    XPE-03-4013

    also press fault: xpe-06-4031

    tech here, but her experieince is limited... any help you fine folks could provide would be swell

    press boots up, CRM1 never shows up in board status during boot. even if you swap it with another color. then when you logon, you get those errors.

    plus that power supply tripped again.

    Got that fault, a while ago, a transformer assy unit, was the one that caused the fault. It was the one located right behind, where the Magenta 3-charge is plugged in.
    Partnr. 105K28980 for my iGen150, believe it is the same for an iGen4
    We changed it, and it worked again
