We bought a used igen3 all gathered but faced with the problem
We do not have EDOC
I was very grateful if you could help us
(In Ukraine, a very bad service to this we will try to service the machine
yourself) need advice of an experienced specialist such as you
One of the problems is not loaded DocuSP
It comes to the boot menu (DocuSP (Default),DocuSP autoreboot,DocuSP
reconfig, Solaris filesafe,)) and then continuously restarts (((
1) XPE-03-3102 Unrecoverable Billing Data
2) XPI-03-3202 DFE Disconnected
3) XPE-09-3004 PR Belt IB / OB Tracking Fault
4) XPE-09-3040 PR Belt Outboard Tracking Fault at Lower Sensor

Hi Garik.

What is EDOC? is that a Service call?

You are getting inboard and outboard tracking faults for your PR belt.

Since the machine is used... are you sure you have a belt installed? If no > install one and then go into diagnostics >> belt capture.

If yes >> try to see if any sensors look out of place and move them back. There is one on the top right that can move easily and give you a fault.
>> Then run belt capture and then >> xerographic setup.

There may be a more serious problem with your RIP system (FreeFlow)?? I'm not sure everything is all connected properly on the hardware side of things.

03-3102 this failure can be Marker battery which is stored gauges that it can plate is low, the marker exchanges the battery and will in the DC302 and initializes the meter and checks if some other failure.
