Hello, how are you all? I have a problem with an intermittent Heidelberg XL75 9p printer. I get a plausibility error and the machine stops. Here are the images. Thank you.

Hello Tecnirick,
photos are not enough clear to understand, and very difficult to recognize what are you speaking about.
Anyway there is a very good and useful option at XL75 which you may find the location of malfunction/error.
at the page of ERROR, there is an icon "Diagnosis". But totally seems the safety rings has been broken. last photo, 2nd line of error messages.

  • Good afternoon. Thank you for your support. I am checking what you recommended.

One thing that is not true is that when you accelerate the machine there are times when the belt squeals. I had never heard it squeal.

a question. how to know what is the correct belt tension.
There a tool for that to check the vibration in general .
The exact tension value depends on the belt configuration (V-belt or toothed belt) and the motor specifications.
For you normally the tension mist be between 200N and 400 N

  • Hello Mr. Adil. I checked the belt, it was full of grease and a little loose in my opinion, I cleaned it and gave it a little bit of tension very lightly. After that, the machine repeated the fault twice on the same day of cleaning, but it has been 7 days now and it has not failed again. Thank you very much.
