XL75 - Inpress Icon not working

Hi
We are experiencing an issue with the Inpress system. The icon appears, but we are unable to select it. Additionally, the Inpress software is not showing up on the software page.

We’ve had both the Inpress bar and control box tested, and they seem to be working fine. We suspect the issue might be related to the Inpress computer’s hard drive. There are two hard drives, but switching between them hasn’t made any difference.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or have any tips or advice on how to resolve it?

Anyone got any tips

Hi sir , do you have axis conttol ??
The licence will not give this issue also both hard disc dont have relation with that you must switch to the first hard disc , normally that have relation with connexions the machine can noy learn or see the axis controle if you have

    Hi everyone,

It appears that no license is required for Inpress, as it operates directly from the software installed on the press. However, the press is currently running from its backup drive, which might be causing the issue. It’s possible that the backup drive is not properly loading the Inpress software.

There is no other scanning device only inpress.

By the way if you need both hard disc with software pre-loaded you can reach me on whatsapp +212700552467
Dont work for a long time with only one hard disc , you will lose all software if the second is damaged .
    Good luck

If it s a new installation it will not give the error , also you can work with the second hard disc without problèm

    “Thank you for your response.

The press has been installed for over 10 years, and about 3-4 years ago, it was switched over to the backup drive. The Inpress system worked well for the first 8 years, but over the last 2 years, the Inpress icon has been intermittently disappearing for weeks or even months before reappearing. However, for the past 5 months, the icon has disappeared and hasn’t returned, making it unusable.

“Thank you. We’ve already ordered new drives and are waiting for the software to be installed, but if things don’t move forward soon (if the boss decides to hold off on spending), I’ll reach out to you.

No problem sir , everyone should know that the switch to the second hard drive is just for troubleshooting while waiting to order the hard drive set, it is an image of the first hard drive so as not to lose data or in case the first is defective
