xl105 heat register errors

hey every one, problem with heating registers, error code:

02/1 heating register defective +E1
02/4 heating register defective +E2

any help would be appriciated, we did purchace a new heating element from Heidelburg, also removed all 6 of the existing elements cleaned and checked
for electrical continuity and cleaned the temprature sensor. is there a controller that
controls all of this that could have failed??

 

ok, heidelburg was called to find the problem... no parts were needed, the Electrical tech found a loose
wire in the heating cabinet that was causing all the problems, i will add later exactly what he tightened ..
but all is good
