Xerox Phaser 7500 or 7760

Hi there, was about to buy a Phaser 7500 and the seller proposed me to buy a 7760 instead. Cartridges are cheaper for the 7760, but according to some reviews I read for the 7760, this printer seems not very safe. Am I right to think the 7500 is the best?

 

When you say not very safe, what do you mean? I don't have one, but I haven't seen an inordinate number of issues posted by users of the 7760. Is there something which gives you concern about that model?

 

we have a very aged 7760 ( about 5 years old ) and when it works it is great, but it has started to give us more and more issues. trying to decide now whether to buy a new one or upgrade to a 7800.
