Xerox Phaser 7500 Duple registration problem

Hi guys,

I recently acquired a Xerox Phaser 7500 for low volume printing (startup print shop) and I've been doing test prints and what not, It has very nice quality, but it seems to have a duplex registration issue.

If I print a square on both sides of the paper, when I look at the print into the light, the square position doesn't align to the other square on the other side of the paper. Is this common? How do I get around this?

I see this causing big issues when printing flyers and 2 sided business cards.
