    Dear All

    Someone help me, please

The machine appears error XPE-09-4024, I know that this error is HSD 4 (K) Power Supply Overload - I've replaced the Wire Module that were broken, but the error stil appears.

    Tips for it, please

    G'day from Sydney......
Theres a red reset button at the back of the developer housing. I think it's the yellow developer. If its tripped try to reset it. It should get you working again.....also you need to check the surrounding temperature.
    Hope that helps.

One thing I had to do for this was to replace the donor rolls (the two little grey ones). Swap the black and cyan rolls and see if the fault moves to station 3, if so you'll need a new set.

Believe or not, it turned out, that it was bad batch of PR belts, replaced the bad belt, with an old one, and it worked, replaced again with a completely new one, same fault, 09-4024 and 09-4023, tech was scrathing his head all day, could not understand why, it did not fault on the wiremodule 1 and 2.
replaced to old belt again, now I got Cycle up ddg convergence fault, in dc951, but it still did'nt fault with the 4024, 4023 :-/

Guess I have to wait for new belts to arrive, today, hopefully soon, drowning in jobs right now :)

The date, that is on the bad belt box is : 11/29/2016 just for info to all

Oooooh yeah, I had that happen a couple times too...

Tech was able to run stations without the belt docked and everything was fine. Engaged the belt, it crapped out.

New belt and everything was okay.

The PrinTsess is up and running again,
Replaced the belt, with a new one, without faults (arrived today) in her, and she is happy again.

And as they said, "a happy iGen = a happy operator"......or something :)

just dont make sense, it did'nt fault at wiremodule 1 and 2, when it did at 3 and 4..........
guess its the life with an iGen.....

    nice day to you all

I had the same issue a month ago. PR belt with 001R00611 'R' was faulty batch.

I had a bad belt just like that, that caused a cleaner voltage fault..... frayed JUST slightly at the seam.
