Xerox DC250 help please

Hi I've just cleaned my DC250 swapping a couple of parts from a 'spares' machine.
on starting back up the attached happened, the left hand print was first then the next 30 or so was like the right hand image.
Any help greatly appreciated as I'm a novice at this sort of thing.
