Xerox DC 8000 Error 003-362

Hello to everyone !

I found this forum while googling and i am desperate for any help.

We acquired a used DC8000 recently, assembled today but i got one Problem.

After i start a print i get the Error 003-362 as the service manual is only available via PWS maybe somebody could help me identify the problem.

Aswell i am searching for someone in Europe who can sell me parts for the machine as i will need the corotron soon.

Last thing, is there a default password for the service mode so i can reset the parts i chance after replacement?

03-362 says to reseat p/J 757, or replace IOT board. To enter UI service mode, hold 0 (zero) and start button together, password is 6789 enter.
